Ingredients:
š„ 1 head romaine, chopped
š„ Ā¼ cup dried cranberries
š„ 1 avocado, diced
š„ Ā¼ cup mozzarella pearls
š„ Ā¼ cup olive oil
š„ 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
š„ 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
š„ 1 tablespoon honey
š„ Ā½ teaspoon salt
š„ Ā¼ teaspoon pepper
Instructions:

Split the romaine evenly between two plates.

Top each salad with dried cranberries, diced avocado, and mozzarella pearls.

In a small jar, add the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, dijon, honey, salt, and pepper. Close tightly with a lid and shake until combined.
