Refund policy

We love our products and hope that you do too! We are happy to accept returns or sizing exchanges within 30 days of the delivery date.

To return items purchased on www.bumkins.com please follow these steps:
  1. Email customerservice@bumkins.com with your order number, reason for return, and any photos if you believe this is a warranty issue. Our team will review your request and provide further instructions.
  2. Pack returned goods with order paperwork and any tags or packaging.
  3. Ship items via the carrier of your choice to the address below. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to an approved warranty issue.

Please note: Items purchased as final sale cannot be returned or exchanged. Bumkins return policy applies to new and unwashed items in original condition and packaging. You will be notified once the return item is received and the refund has been issued. All issued refunds will be for the item’s purchase price only.
