*NOTE: No honey for little ones under the age of 1.

Ingredients:

🦌 4 cups rice crispy cereal
🦌 1/2 cup + 1 tsp natural peanut butter
🦌 1/2 cup honey
🦌 1 tsp vanilla extract or powder
🦌 A handful of small pretzels
🦌 A handful of red/orange/pink candy
🦌 A handful of edible eyes

Instructions:

1. In a saucepan, over low heat, combine 1/2 cup peanut butter, honey and vanilla.

2. Stir in the crispy rice and quickly mix.

3. Press the mixture into a silicone mold or use cupcake liners. Press down firmly to pack it all in.

4. Pop into the freezer for 2 hours to firm up.

5. Break the pretzels into half and use a dab of peanut butter to set them in place as antlers.

6. Repeat with the candy noses and googly eyes.

7. Store in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 3 months. This will stop the cereal from becoming stale.
