  • 2 slices of bread (of choice)
  • 1 tbsp hummus
  • ¼ carrot, finely grated 


  1. Spread the hummus over one slice of bread. 
  2. Top with the grated carrot.
  3. Top with the other slice of bread. 
  4. Slice into quarters. 
  5. Serve and enjoy!
