Steam cooking/steam roasting is a fantastic way to cook veggies, preserve their nutrients and get them super soft for babies.
Steam-Cooked Carrots 🥕
Prep: 5 mins
Cook: 13-15 mins

Cut carrots into uniform sized pieces.

Add to the Bumkins Silicone Reusable Bag. Remove as much air as possible and seal.

Add the bag to a pot of water (around 6 cups).

Bring the water to a boil and cook for 13-15 minutes.

Once cooked, carefully remove the bag using tongs.

Season, if you like, and serve.
Steam-Roasted Broccoli 🥦
Prep: 5 mins
Cook: 13 -15 mins

Preheat the oven to 400f.

Cut the broccoli into roughly the same sized pieces.

Add to a bowl and toss with olive oil and seasoning of choice.

Add to the Bumkins Silicone Reusable Bag. Remove as much air as possible and seal, leaving a small vent at one end.
Cook for 13-15 minutes. Once cooked, carefully remove the bag from the oven using tongs. Serve and enjoy!
