Chocolate & Fruit & Nut Trail Mix
- 1 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
- 1 cup chopped almonds
- 1 cup chopped walnuts/pecans
- ½ cup mixed seeds (pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds)
- 1 cup raisins
- ¾ cup dark chocolate chips
Add all the ingredients into a large bowl or container and mix.
You can store the trail mix in an airtight container at room temperature.
Cinnamon Crunch Trail Mix
- 1/2 tbsp butter or coconut oil
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp maple syrup
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1 cup Cheerios
- 1/2 cup freeze-dried apple slices
Steps:
- Preheat oven to 325F/160C and line a tray with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, combine the butter, cinnamon, maple syrup, and chopped pecans.
- Spread onto the baking tray and roast for 10 minutes.
- Allow to cool completely.
- When cool, add to a bowl with the freeze-dried apple and Cheerios.

- 1/2 cup banana chips
- 1/2 cup raisins
