These easy deviled eggs are so quick to whip up with only six ingredients! They make a great snack or appetizer and are great served as part of a meal.

- Serves: 6 eggs
Ingredients:
🥚 6 eggs, hard boiled
🥚 ⅓ cup Greek yogurt
🥚 1 tsp Dijon mustard
🥚 ¼ tsp black pepper
🥚 ¼ tsp salt (optional, omit if making for babies)
🥚 3 tbsp chopped chives
🥚 ½ tsp smoked paprika
Instructions:
- Carefully peel the hard-boiled eggs and then slice each egg in half. Using a spoon, remove the yolks and pop them into a bowl.
- Add the yogurt, mustard, black pepper, salt (if using), and 2 tbsp chives to the bowl. Use a fork or potato masher to mash down the mixture, and then use a fork to stir until creamy and smooth.
- Using a spoon, carefully add the mixture back into the egg whites, filling the hole to the top.
- Sprinkle over the remaining chives and paprika.
- Serve and enjoy!
These can be stored in the fridge in an airtight container for three days.
