Simple & Delicious Deviled Eggs with Greek Yogurt

Recipe By: @my.little.food.critic

These easy deviled eggs are so quick to whip up with only six ingredients! They make a great snack or appetizer and are great served as part of a meal.

  • Prep: 10 mins
  • Cook: 0 mins
  • Serves: 6 eggs

Ingredients:

🥚 6 eggs, hard boiled

🥚 ⅓ cup Greek yogurt

🥚 1 tsp Dijon mustard

🥚 ¼ tsp black pepper

🥚 ¼ tsp salt (optional, omit if making for babies)

🥚 3 tbsp chopped chives

🥚 ½ tsp smoked paprika

Instructions:

  1. Carefully peel the hard-boiled eggs and then slice each egg in half. Using a spoon, remove the yolks and pop them into a bowl.
  2. Add the yogurt, mustard, black pepper, salt (if using), and 2 tbsp chives to the bowl. Use a fork or potato masher to mash down the mixture, and then use a fork to stir until creamy and smooth.
  3. Using a spoon, carefully add the mixture back into the egg whites, filling the hole to the top.
  4. Sprinkle over the remaining chives and paprika.
  5. Serve and enjoy!

These can be stored in the fridge in an airtight container for three days.
