It takes just a few simple ingredients to make this delicious “mommy & me“ smoothie bowl! So easy to customize and so delicious!

Ingredients:
🥤 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
🍌 2 frozen bananas
🍓 1.5-2 cups frozen berries
🥜 2 tbsp peanut butter
*Any additional toppings of choice (chia seeds, coconut, almonds and raspberries used here)
Instructions:

Add the yogurt, berries and banana to a high speed blender and whizz until thick and creamy. You’re looking for a soft serve ice cream texture.

Spoon into separate bowls for your little one and yourself.

Top your bowl with your favorite smoothie bowl fixings. Be sure to top your little one's bowl with age appropriate toppings, cut or sliced safely by age.
