Refreshing Healthy Shamrock Shake Recipe!

This healthy shamrock shake is packed with fresh minty flavor and takes just a few minutes to whip up!

Ingredients:

1 can coconut milk

 ½ cup milk of choice 

 2 tbsp maple syrup

 2 tsp vanilla

 A handful of fresh mint leaves

 1 cup baby spinach 

 1 cup ice (optional)

Steps:

  1. Combine all of the ingredients in a high-speed blender and whizz until combined.
  2. Best served immediately
