Why These Ingredients Support Milk Supply

Ingredients like brewer’s yeast, flaxseed, oats, and seeds provide important nutrients for breastfeeding moms during postpartum recovery.

Oats: iron and fiber to support energy levels and milk production hormones
Brewer's Yeast: B vitamins, protein, and iron to fight fatigue and encourage milk supply
Flaxseed & Seeds: omega-3 fatty acids, fiber, and phytoestrogens to support hormone balance

2. Add the rolled oats, brewer's yeast, hemp hearts, and chia seeds to the bowl. Stir thoroughly until a thick, cohesive dough forms, then fold in the chocolate chips.

3. Cover the bowl and place it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. Chilling allows the oats and chia seeds to absorb the moisture, making the dough much easier to handle and roll.

4. Scoop the chilled dough by the tablespoonful and roll firmly between your palms into 1-inch balls. Serve and enjoy!
