No-Bake Homemade Cinnamon Applesauce 🍎

'Tis the season for apples, and that includes applesauce! This 15-minute no-bake homemade applesauce recipe contains no refined sugars and has about 4.5 grams of fiber per 1/2 cup serving.

Ingredients:

🍎 6 Honeycrisp apples, peeled & chopped
🍎 6 pitted dates
🍎 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Instructions:

  1. Place all ingredients into a high speed blender. 

  2. Blend until smooth.

  3. Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
