Baby’s First Chicken Noodle Soup

A delicious and nutritious introduction to the world of solid foods. The perfect comfort food that is ready in 30 minutes. This chicken noodle soup is recipe great for the whole family to enjoy.

Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cook Time: 30 minutes
Ingredients:
🍲 1 tablespoon olive oil
🍲 1 yellow onion, diced
🍲 1 teaspoon minced garlic
🍲 3 large carrots, sliced
🍲 4 stalks celery, diced
🍲 6 cups unsalted chicken broth *
🍲 1 ½ cups egg noodles
🍲 1 lb shredded rotisserie chicken
🍲 ½ teaspoon pepper
🍲 ½ teaspoon dried rosemary
*Add salt for those over 1 year of age.
Instructions:
1. Heat a large pot over medium heat on the stovetop.
2. Add onion, garlic, carrots, and celery. Sauté until the onion is translucent, about 8 minutes.
3. Then, add in broth, egg noodles, and chicken. Stir well.
4. Bring to a boil then lower to a simmer. Simmer for 20 minutes.
