🥫 24 oz jar meat pasta sauce
🧀 24 oz container small curd cottage cheese
🧀 8 oz bag shredded mozzarella cheese
🍝 12 oz oven-ready (no boil) lasagna noodles

Preheat your oven to 350°F.

Measure 1/2 cup of mozzarella cheese and set it aside.

In a bowl, mix half of your container of cottage cheese with the remaining mozzarella cheese.

Spread a thin layer of sauce at the bottom of your Grip Tray or any oven-safe dish.

Break apart the lasagna noodles into smaller pieces and form a layer at the bottom of the dish, on top of the sauce.

Spread a layer of the mozzarella and cottage cheese mixture on top of the noodles. Repeat the layers of sauce, noodles, and cheese mixture until you have three layers of each.

Sprinkle the reserved mozzarella cheese on top of the lasagna. Place the Grip Tray on a sheet pan to catch any spills.

Bake for 50 minutes or until golden and bubbly.
