Returns and Exchange Policy

We love our products and hope that you do too! In the event that you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to provide you with a refund or exchange following these guidelines:

  • Products purchased directly by consumer customers from may be returned within 30 days of receipt for a full refund unless they were sold as "final sale" items.
  • Only new, unused and unwashed items in original condition can be returned for a refund. Please include all tags and packaging in your return shipment.
  • All issued refunds will be for the item’s purchase price only. Shipping charges will only be refunded if your product was damaged or defective. Please see our warranty page for more details about defective items. Returns

To make a return for items purchased on , please follow these steps:
  • Please email us with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 1-2 business days.
  • Pack the goods you want to return, and include the paperwork from the order to ensure we are able to match the return with your order.
  • Shipping fees for returns are the customer’s responsibility unless the product was damaged or defective.  Then it's on us.
  • Bumkins is not responsible for items lost in the mail.
  • Once the returned item is received, you will be notified of receipt and the method of reimbursement (refund or store credit).

Other Bumkins Returns

For refunds or exchanges of Bumkins products that were not purchased at, please return item(s) directly to the place of purchase, and follow their specific return and exchange policies.

For product warranty issues, please keep your receipt or record of purchase. Warranty issues may not be addressed without proof of purchase from an authorized Bumkins reseller.

Bumkins does not support purchases made from eBay or any unauthorized retailer.

All returns are subject to final approval from Bumkins Customer Service Department.

Do you ship to my country?

We ship to most countries. However, some of our products are licensed and can only be sold in select countries.
  • Dr. Seuss products can be shipped to the USA and Canada.
  • Disney Baby products can be shipped to Europe, the Middle East, Africa, Canada, and the USA.
  • DC Comics products can be shipped to Korea, Australia, New Zealand, Canada, and the USA.
  • Nintendo products can be shipped to the UK, Canada, and the USA.

What are my shipping costs?

  • Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the checkout page, where you will be shown options and prices for shipping.
  • If paying by debit or credit card, your account will not be charged until your order ships.
  • If you see a pending charge on your account prior to shipping, this is an authorization hold to ensure the funds are available.

When will my order ship?

  • Generally, orders of in-stock items ship within 1-2 business days from receipt, Monday through Friday.
  • If a product is temporarily out-of-stock, you will be notified and can opt for a back-order or substitution.
  • Individual product pages provide information on the availability of each product.
  • After placing your order, you may click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right-hand side of the page to track the status of your order.
  • You will receive confirmation when your order has shipped, and tracking information will be sent 24-48 hours thereafter.

Can I ship to multiple addresses?

No, not at this time. If you'd like to ship items to multiple locations, you will need to place a separate order for each one.

Can I ship to a PO Box?

If you would like your order delivered to a PO Box, you must choose USPS as the form of delivery when you place your order. UPS and FedEx do not deliver to PO Boxes.

Can I make changes to my order after it's been placed?

If you need to make a change to your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We try to fulfill and ship orders quickly, but generally, changes can be made to an order within the first 12-24 hours after it was placed. What if the estimated delivery date has passed and I still don't have my order?

Do you offer gift wrapping?

No, not at this time. However, many of our retailers (buybuy BABY, Babies“R”Us, do offer this service.

Imitation or Counterfeit Products from China

We have been informed by many concerned customers that feeding bibs that look exactly like our products are being sold as our brand “Bumkins” on the website in People’s Republic of China. We have confirmed that they have no contract with our company, and that there is absolutely no business relationship between us.

We ask that loyal customers of our brand be careful about this. We do not provide customer service or support for products purchased on unauthorized sites such as, or on counterfeit items.
