Warranty and Returns
Bumkins products are warrantied against any defects in materials or workmanship for a period of 30 days from the date of purchase. Normal wear and tear is not covered. Please keep your receipt or record of purchase for our reference. Warranty issues or claims cannot be processed without proof of purchase from an authorized Bumkins reseller.
Bumkins Returns and Exchange Policy
We sincerely hope you enjoy all of your purchased Bumkins products. In the event that you receive defective product and are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to provide a refund or exchange provided you follow the procedures outlined below. Products purchased directly by consumer customers from www.bumkins.com may be returned within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. All issued refunds will be for the item’s purchase price only. Shipping charges will only be refunded if your product arrives damaged or defective.
To make a return for items purchased at www.bumkins.com please follow these steps:
Please login to your bumkins account and select the order that contains the desired return item. This will redirect you to another screen that displays the order content.
Once you are in the order, you will need to select the specific item/s that you want to return. After selecting the items, you will also need to select a reason for the return from the adjacent drop down menu. After the items and reason for the return have been chosen, you can submit your return request. This action will send your request directly to our Customer Service Department for review.
Next you will be contacted directly by a Customer Service Representative who will let you know if your return is approved and the next steps needed to process the return. Please allow our Customer Service Department 48 hours to review your Return Request before they get in touch with you. If your return is approved, you will be provided with shipping instructions and your method of reimbursement, which will either be a refund or store credit.
Other Bumkins Returns
For refunds or exchanges for purchases not made at www.bumkins.com please return item(s) directly to the retailer and follow their specific return and exchange policies. For product warranty issues that must be addressed directly by Bumkins please keep your receipt or record of purchase for our reference. Warranty issues may not be addressed without proof of purchase from an authorized Bumkins reseller. Bumkins does authorize purchases made from EBay. All products, regardless of purchase location, must be returned within 120 days of purchase to receive Bumkins store credit, and only purchases made at www.bumkins.com returned within 30 days of receipt are eligible for a refund. All issued refunds will be for the items purchase price only. Shipping charges will only be refunded if your product arrives damaged or defective.
Returned products must be in new and unused condition and in their intact, original packaging. Bumkins cannot offer returns on used or washed products. All returns are subject to final approval from our Customer Service Department. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is damaged or defective.
Damaged or Defective Items
Bumkins strives to provide the highest quality products to our customers. If one of our products arrives defective or damaged we request that you contact our Customer Service Department immediately and within 30 days of receipt of product. All defective or damaged product returns are subject to inspection. Please do not discard defective items. Defective items must be shipped back to Bumkins headquarters for review. We request that you return the items to us for analysis to prevent future problems. Product credit will be issued to offset shipping costs upon determination of a product as defective. All refunds or exchanges for defective or damaged products are based off of our Customer Service Department’s discretion and must follow the procedures outlined above. Please reference our warranty in determining whether your product problem falls under the umbrella of defective or damaged.
Sale of "Irregular", "2nds" or Close-outs:
From time to time, Bumkins makes it possible to buy at a discount, factory 2nds, irregulars or defective goods. If so, the care label of these goods will be slit, hole-punched or marked with an "X" and the pricing will be reduced. These items generally are sold "as-is" with no warranty, refunds or exchanges and all sales are final. Do not cut the care label of your diapers to ensure they do not get confused for "irregulars" should you have any warranty issues.
