If you are having problems with the products after you have used them, you will need to fill out our Customer Service Form. Simply download and print the form, complete it, then fax it either to the dealer where you purchased your Bumkins products, or to the fax number shown on the form. Either the dealer or our Customer Service representative will be in contact with you to instruct you from that point.

Returns and Exchanges
Returns:
If purchased directly from Bumkins products are warranted against any defects in materials and/or workmanship for a period of 30 days from date of purchase. Normal wear and tear is not covered. Please keep your sales receipt in case of any problems, as we cannot process claims without it.
If purchased from an authorized Bumkins reseller, please contact the reseller directly for their return policies and instructions.
Exchanges:
If you are interested in exchanging an unused product for any reason, please contact the dealer (reseller) that the product was purchased from for their return policies and instructions.
